I'm always cautious about singing up for things on-line. Has anyone ever had problem with spamming, hacks, virus', or any other computer related threats using photobucket or is it gtg? Thanks in adavance.

I have never had a problem and it makes posting pics easy. Only one I've ever tried though.

no issues. Password 'strength' works. for a solid failry unhackable password use something like:
wbcd!@fu234, or even better, something like h4r13y_D4v1d5on

Photobucket is easily hacked if the person is capable. You are much better using anonymous identity hosting sites.

Imgur, tinypic, etc. use them. Also the exif data from a camera or a smart phone can pinpoint your location and much of your identity.
Always take the picture use L-view or some other program and recapture the photo from these devices them post them on the anonymous hosting sites.
I can't say any more on this.

I been using Photobucket since I was about 14. The only problem Photobucket has is it's little marketing gimmick to try and get you to upgrade to Pro. Every year or so they lie to you about being out of bandwidth and that your pics and vids you've embedded won't work anymore until a certain date (check email they send you). It usually goes away in about 2-4 days and there's no problem again for like another year. It's just a bit annoying at times because it happens at the worse possible times.
