Alright, I'm having second thoughts about a pistol can... the situation is that I have an Octane 9 purchased but not yet submitted to NFA. I am having some second thoughts. Those thoughts are as follows:
- I have a 45Osprey that I'm really happy with... even in sub-caliber use on pistols
- I purchased the Octane 9 partially for use on pistols, but also for use on a 9mm carbine
- I purchased the Octane 9 prior to shooting the Osprey sub-caliber (and therefore before determining how acceptable it would be)
So, via the miracle of second guessing, I have come up with a variety of options:
- Suck it up and be happy with the Octane 9
- "Return" the Octane 9 and get an Octane 45
- "Return" the Octane 9 and get a Liberty Mystic (The Swiss Army Knife of Pistol Suppressors™)
- "Return" the Octane 9 and get a Liberty Infiniti
So... what do you guys think? The end goal is to have a suppressor that is usable on both pistol and rifle hosts, and will work well as a second 300blk suppressor (in addition to my SDN-6).
