The Terrapin X has been updated many times since its release and I wanted to do an update video to outline a few of the changes.

First off, the Terrapin X has been out for a few years and people always ask if we are still fans of the laser. Well, we are, I continue to use mine pretty religiously, including the recent ELR Shoot.

Can't say for sure, but perhaps $1,800 price tag has deflated some of the enthusiasm. That is a pricey piece of kit.

I had fun making it, usually it takes me about 4 to 6 hours to do a video, this one took me 6 hours on the first 1.30, so that was interesting

With lasers you get what you pay for, it's about a $1 a yard to do it right, for $1800 it connects to most systems and last weekend we ranged targets out to 2525 yards with no drama in bright CO Sunlight,

So while i get the money thing, this is precision rifle and not Handgunners Hide

The alien headshot was 867 yards I believe is what the Terrapin X said, I dialed on for 850 yards, which is why it's about a tenth low in the face

Roll out a bunch of D grade old sci-fi movies and watch them with friends while drinking, and making snide comments, kind of like Mystery science theater 3000

The other shots were at 1425 yards, except the subsonic ones on the orange target that was 300 with a vudoo
