Rifle Scopes Please ID these scope rings

These have been in my gun safe for some time. They were on a rifle I bought and went a different route with scope. I can't find a logo or trademark on them. Can anybody ID them from the shape? I want to contact the maker and get some info.

Do you know if these are for Weaver or Picatinny, or either one?

Can you tell me where to measure the ring height? Top of pic rail to bottom of scope? Top of rail to center of scope? Bottom of pic rail (top of reciever) to bottom of scope? Bottom of rail to center of scope?

They are leupold bases.

I'm pretty sure they are weaver style only. I know vortex pro series rings won't fit.

I will give you a free tip. Be careful if you put them on a scope. When I took my old scope off to upgrade to the vortex razor hd lht I scratched the tube on the old scope. Wasn't very happy about that. Lol

They are a terrible design. I used to do installs for people who would buy them, despite my warning. They snap onto the tube and will tear it up. They also are shit for clamping force and I have seen more than a few walk.

Never cheap out on rings.
