Plrf-10 and pvs-14 adapter help

I know there were a few companies making adapters that would allow you to mount a pvs-14 on a plrf-10 and 15, but I can’t seem to find one. If at all possible I’d love to find one that would allow me to run a Swarovski 2x doubler in the daytime and a pvs-14 at night. Anybody know where there’s anything at that will work? Ashbery made one but they are never in stock.
