POF Customer Service

It's not often that we hear "good customer service stories". I just wanted to let everyone know that I had sent my POF upper in for an extraction issue. From the day I sent it, it was back six days later running flawlessly. They paid shipping both ways and it returned with a quick note as to what they had found.

I'll definately keep doing business with Frank and Chris.

Thats a good thing to hear. It seems now a days places just want to take your money and be rude. So when ever I hear a good customer service story I pass it on to everybody and make a note for myself on where I will be doing business

Well your lucky, I sent my back twice and paid for shipping to get it to them both times. I will say each time I got the rifle back very quickly.

Not to mention, POF always sponsors the helicopter stages at the Rifles Only matches.....Good Stuff all the way around. POF is top notch.
