POF customer service

I just wanted to pass along my story. I had to call POF about a small issue on my P308. I have never dealt with nicer people. Not only did they go above and beyond, John DeSomma, brother of the owner, gave me his cel phone number to keep him posted. The rifle is amazing, and built by some really good people. I have my first of hopefully many POF firearms. If anyone is on the fence, do yourself a huge favor and give them a shot.

I called and asked a few questions prior to ordering; they were very helpful and friendly. Still waiting on the rifle though.

Just out of curiosity, what problems were you having?

I pretty much can echo your sentiment. They promptly resolved a FTF issue I had and were very courteous and great to work with. I love the rifle now that it has been serviced.

I had a few questions about my POF early on. I only dealt with them by e-mail, but they answered them prompty AND correctly!

They contributed 2 rifles to the match i shot in last month, gave all 49 shooters $200 off any upper, and paid for the helicopter stage. I would recommend them to anybody! First rate people.

The guy that won the match was using one of their rifles.

POF's very committed to CS, and Frank is a big supporter of our sport.

I was lucky enough to get a job at POF earlier this spring, and Scott (scottmilk9) and I are highly committed to doing what we can to take care of all our customers: past, current and future.

I wish I could have come up to the OSC match, but Nomad represented with the top spot!!
