Swapping out the vltor stock and post 2012 carbine buffer system for a PRS

Anyone have comments or experience with using a Tubbs flat wire spring and enidine ar-10 rifle buffer?

BTW. The enidine and the Tubbs flat wire spring allow the bolt to retract past the bolt hold open.

I just put a PRS on my POF but I used a DPMS Spring, buffer and tube. I'm going to try the JP captured spring when I get a chance. Let us know how your new set up works out.

Lesson of the day . . . Bring a magazine for the rifle to the range!

Lesson 2: if you forget the magazine for your rifle, call someone who lives on the range and borrow his.

Initial impressions
1. The enidine rifle buffer and Tubbs flat wire spring work.
2. The rifle seemed to have a softer recoil with ammo that seems to be hot
3. Shooting this ammo suppressed with the carbine buffer system produced hard, sharp recoil. The recoil felt with the enidine, flat wire rifle combo was noticeably softer.
4. Ejection moved from the 3 o'clock to the 1 o'clock position with the suppressor attached.

More extensive shooting will need to be done.

Both work fine in my AR 10A4.
