We're hosting a practice shoot this Saturday, May 10th at the BangSteel range in Southwest Virginia. The cost is only 25 dollars per shooter, and each shooter will have the opportunity to engage targets from 200 yards to 1000 yards (with an option of 1100 yards).
Please note this event is primarily geared toward folks who are wanting to get their data for new rifles, loads, scopes, etc... and also for folks who want to experience shooting long range for perhaps the first time. We'll have instructors on hand, and we'll offer all the advice and help we can to get you hitting steel well downrange. We'll spot shots, and call corrections, etc...
We'll have five different ranges from close ranges to maximum range, and each shooter will be given ample opportunity to get on the plates, and record their data.
We meet off the Bland, Virginia exit number 52 at the Subway sandwich shop at 9:15am. Grab a lunch while there to have later on. Round count could be up to 50 shots. Hope to see you there... no need to register--just show up.
