I'm going to be heading back home to Vermont from Las Vegas in a couple/few weeks and I've never shot over 500 yards. I've been shooting, hunting and fishing my whole life and love everything about the lifestyle. I think it would be really fun to do some long distance prairie dog shooting on my way back home. I'll be stopping in Colorado for a few days to see my dad. While I'm there, would anyone on here want to take a long distance noob prairie dog shooting? I obviously have all my own equipment and ballistics calc (although I've not yet confirmed my dope), minus kestrel. I don't have a place to go and I don't really know where to start. I'm shooting an AR-10 variant if it affects where we'd go (I know AR-10=no go in Denver)... Please let me know. Anything helps, thanks, Adam...
