I'm going to go look at a property on Saturday with Backseat Driver 6. I'm kind of overwhelmed at the possibilities of it. Please, bear in mind, I've got a few manly skills, being a mechanic not one of them, and no, this isn't zoned commercial. So think outside the box, and tell me what I could do with it, short of bribing the zoning commission and going to tech school for too long at this point in my life.
The kitchen (in the actual house, which is a bit non-descript, unlike the 50x30 garage) is a helluva kicker. I'm feeling like it's just full of so much WIN.
