Precision Reflex (PRI) rail questions

I'm interested in the PRI stuff but am struggling to understand how the system works. There isn't too much on the google.

Trying to figure out:
- Am I right in thinking that their straight top rails are basically really long risers, that take up the rail space on the upper receiver, and also bolt to the handguard in order to create handguard rigidity? Specific product: https://www.precisionreflex.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=186824&CAT=4814
- The above linked product is for their rifle length (12.5'') hand guard, and will create a full length 12 o clock rail on that?
- For the peq rail (https://www.precisionreflex.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=1293627&CAT=4814), what does it mean that a portion of the rail is for a peq? Why wouldn't a peq fit on the above full length rail?

For full disclosure I want this on a 300bo with a suppressor underneath rail. I like the 12 o clock rail mated to the receiver for rigidity on a laser at the end of my handguard. Sorry for the mk12 fans, hope this isn't too blasphemous.

A peq2 can be mounted directly to top rail. Remove the rail section, remove clamp from peq, then bolt peq directly to rail.
