Was thinking of using a Benchmark with a reasonable heavy contour to get the gun balanced
Over here (UK) there are limited choices for Rimfire barrels
I’m really asking which reamer is going to be best for the application
Having built hundreds of centerfire rifles - I have limited experience of rimfire reamer designs and would like to make an informed accurate choice for my customer

PTG reamers
Pacific Tool and Gauge has/makes excellent reamers. I see you’re from the UK so eley may be more available than other brands. PTG makes an eley match specific reamer. Otherwise, the Winchester 52d is a classic for accuracy. 22lr is difficult having so many options.

When I got into this game I was running a Remington 504 with an aftermarket 10/22 barrel having a Bentz chamber. It is surprisingly accurate. When my bud ordered his Area419 custom CZ, they fit a fluted Bartlien barrel with a Bentz chamber as well. He has score first round hits out to 500yds, and makes it look easy.

I've had very good results with my PTG EPS reamer in several precision rifles, including ones with Stiller, Rem 40X, and Vudoo actions, all of them repeaters (the two 40X & XB actions were converted into repeaters to use the Vudoo V22 magazines).
My last two have been Nevius chambers and one before them was an Eachus. Both perform very well with Lapua and SK offerings.
My most recent one is a Calfee2 and it shoots quite well. .078” protrusion on the depth
Eley eps are good, however i personally use calfee2 for most stuff, and get customer to provide ammo, and bet on 0.080" jam. Ptg ? No way. Check the thread on it..

Where did you get it ? On their German Website, there is only a 16.4" Twist and no Polygon Rifling on the configurator
You can contact them to do a custom barrel for you, I know this because I was supposed to get one but went a different direction.
