I have a 6.5 Creedmoor that is a custom built hunting rifle. On the first couple shots after cleaning I get horrible pressure signs . It goes away around the 4th shot. Hard bolt lift, bolt swipe, ejector marking. Doesn't matter if its factory or hand loads. Barrel has less than 50 rounds on it, proof carbon fiber. Has anyone delt with this before? It still does it when I put lock ease in the barrel also?

I found lock ease wasn't completely drying in the bores. So, the liquid was spiking pressures. I quit using it and just shoot a couple fouler shots now. The NAPA brand would dry, but I think it's discontinued. Actual lock ease, fuck that shit.

I think some barrel benefit and some do not. I like it for a hunting rifle on first shot if no time to shoot after clean before hunt

I could try to clean with something else. But I normally do last patch with alcohol before oiling. Then patch out before firing.
All I can add, is make sure you are flushing out all the Thorroclean with thorroflush, or some degreaser. You said alcohol, so just use enough. I borescoped some of my Thorrocleaned bores and saw I hadn't flushed enough. There was still some thorroclean residue.

DO NOT clean the barrel every time as a shine fuck.
You remove all the copper from the barrel, and the first shot´s the friction is so tough, that it will do the pressure to the case.
I do not use cleaning rod in to my rifle, until it wont shoot well.
I just pull the cleaning rope thru every shooting trip, 2-5 pull, depends the shot´s number, but no cleaning rod.
And i bet my ass off, that you have had problems on keeping the accuracy of your rifle as well.
This is it, you need to have some copper on the barrel, it aint your enemy, the burn gunpowder is, that you will
remove with the boresnake etc, but do not fuck that all copper of.
Next time you go to shoot, if you have not all ready been shooting, DO NOT use that rod, just pull
the snake thru the barrel and put the rifle to the closet.
And next time you go shooting, you might be surprised.

Spoke to gunsmith he said it should settle down after 100 rounds. None my other guns have done this as bad. I will try the rope on this gun. I clean my guns before storing. Some will shoot great clean, others like fouling as you said.

I would clean the chamber and barrel and make sure it is bone dry. Than I would fire 20-30 rounds to fowl it up. Let it cool all the way down. An hour or maybe shoot another day and see if it does the same thing. If it does I would simply load lighter. Some chambers spike different points.
