That would be my assumption as well.My guess is RUAG sold all of the ammo that was supposed to go to Prime.
Update:
Got a call back from Prime, RUAG is illegally selling it to Target Sport USA.
PRIME is now working on a cease and decist letter.
PRIME has never sold the 6mm CM or the 6.5 SAUM.
@Lowlight delete if this info is damaging to PRIME
That kinda sucks, already bought a few boxes of 22LR ammo. Now I feel like a scumbag
Beat me by secondsSomebody do a bulk phone order for all the Prime ammo they got and ship it to the following.
PRIME Ammunition
500 Rainbow Road
Suite 300
Las Vegas, NV 89107
Edit, don’t do that.
What was a contract dispute may now be something more serious? How can Ruag sell something branded as PRIME?
Well...now I feel bad. Already got shipping confirmation on 308 and 22lr....
That will go great with my "I Stand with Prime" Shirt..
that's the biggest scum move by TSUSA and MidsouthI'd cancel the order. Who cares if Target Sport has to do more work. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing too.

Im kinda surprised people just immediately bought this ammunition without questioning it first.

I disagree. TSUSA is not at fault. Personally, I think Prime is at fault for agreeing to a contract that allows the sale of their branded goods in the event of a default. If they did default then this all rests on Prime’s shoulders.that's the biggest scum move by TSUSA and Midsouth
did Prime agree to that? and did they default? i don't think we're at the point that there's a clear answer thereI disagree. TSUSA is not at fault. Jim has been very vocal about this situation, however we’ve only heard one side.

Yep. it also seems that Prime's payments were to be directed to new ammo purchases, but Ruag applied it to outstanding debt. I believe this was Jim's primary point of contention. It’s in the original contract they can do what they want with the ammo if it wasn’t paid for.
The addendum 2 claim hasn’t been supported in any of the emails that I saw published. It was all negotiations, but I never saw an email published where both sides agreed.
I could have missed that published email though.
Here was my response from President of Target Sports haha
Sales Department - Target Sports USA Mon, May 20, 8:11 PM (23 hours ago)
to me
We purchased it legally with money with the intent to sell to our customers.
Whatever lawsuit is going on between Ruag and Prime that is between them and I hope that they can work it out. Nothing to do with us
Thank you,
