Most likely, the brass is stamped as “Prime”. The better question would be how long ago and from whom he bought the loaded cartridges. If they are over a year old, chances are that is older sourced brass from Norma (good stuff). If it’s more recent, purchased from Prime direct and not from TargetSports, then it’s likely Peterson sourced brass (also good stuff). Either way, Prime stamped brass is gtg.

When Prime had a falling out with Norma, TS bought up all of the inventory to sell. It was the last of the Prime head-stamped Norma brass. Anything from Prime during that time and ever since has been Peterson brass with Prime head-stamp.
