Primers for sale-worth buying?

A local individual has these for sale. The packaging looks kinda old but I’ve not been reloading long enough to determine the age based on packaging. Thoughts from those who recognize the boxes???

I have some old Federal primers from the 80’s. My buddy scored them in an estate sale. A few of them had a little corrosion on them. They have all gone off no problem.

You don't want old boxing like that. Sell them to me at half what you paid, and I'll dispose of them properly for you.

Some look to be early 1980's and the rest are 1990's. I wouldn't pay current auction type prices for them ($100-$200 per K), unless you're desperate and don't mind being hosed. If they're a bargain ($40 +- per K), I would buy them.

I bought these not long ago for cheap and they are working fine. I think the oldest ones are from the sixties. If the price is right I wouldn't think twice about buying them.

He was asking $200/1k. There were no boxes of 1k. A mishmash of different numbers/lots and types. I passed.

Estate sale product means estate sale pricing for me. Good on you for passing.

Graf's had cases of winchester SRP earlier for $250. Things will get better.
