Printable barrel log/round count sheet?

Does anyone have a printable round count or barrel log sheet? I've got a new custom and I'm trying to be better about keeping lots of data. I'm clueless how to build (or even use) spreadsheets so I'm hoping someone has something, that they're willing to share, that I can print out and put in a 3-ring binder.

I used excel.

Date/load data/conditions/ performance /notes column. Then a round count at the end with a total next to that. A simple formula takes the previous total and adds the new days total so you have a running weapon total.

Im not o my computer or I’d post one for you.

I took notes on paper paper and added it in at home but now lap tops are so cheap just bring it along and plug data in directly.

Lol, that supposes a person knows how to use a spread sheet/excel, lol!! I know what they are but have no clue how to make or use one. Yeah, I know...I'm retarded. Lol
