Suppressors Private form 4 transfer between individuals

Looking at selling one of my suppressors as I have no plans of using it with the overlap I have at the moment. Would be selling it to a friend who lives in the same state as me. To those that have done it, or know the process, what all is required?

Exactly the same as a regular old paper Form 4. You would be the transferor, he the transferee.

So just print off the form 4, fill it out and send it in with a check, photo, and the fingerprints to the ATF?

Yep, and a copy for your CLEO too. If he has a trust you need the Form 23 as well.
