Probably dumb question about chassis/action compatibility (KRG + T3)

So, I have Tikka T3 in 6,5x55 swede and I've got my eyes on KRG Bravo chassis. Now it doesn't come in LA but I checked my ammo and it should fit in MDT AICS magazine. Could I actually just buy the chassis and that MDT AICS magazine and get away with it? I assume if stock accepts AICS and magazine says AICS they fit together right?

I plan on rebarreling the gun at some point so 6,5x47 and Creedmoor are on the table mostly depending if I decide to really dive into reloading. Anyways I'd like to shoot out the original barrel before replacing. Also it's still mainly bird/deer gun so heavier or more expensive chassis options don't really appeal to me.

Yes, there is no reason that should not work but the bullets will be seated pretty deep.
Depending on your existing barrel you may be able to get it re-chambered in 6.5x47 or 6.5CM.

Thanks for reply. It's the lite profile so I'd probably just go for rebarrel if I take it to gunsmith. Also I'd prefer if I can avoid caliber change because that requires trip to police station, many brussel dinaars, waiting and other bs. I could probably find someone with AICS mag and see how the rounds fit there really. GRS Bifrost would be easy option but not in any way ideal.
