Rifle Scopes Problem with scope clearance

I have a Tikka Tac A1 with a Vortex Razor HD that has a 56mm objective and can't fit a decent end cap on it. I'm using the Vortex 1.5" rings but it looks like the rail has a slight curve up and it's limiting my space. I put this butler creek on here and cut the bottom down and I've got about 1/32" clearance but I'm not sure if that's enough or not. I've looked at several other Tac A1's and all of the front rails have a slight up pitch to them. Does anyone sell a real thin cap that would fit the front?

Does the chassis have a 20 MOA cant on the rail?

No it doesn't. It comes from the factory with zero.
