I started with a bone stock Savage 93R17FVSS, but like anything else I just couldn't leave well enough alone.

So I had the barrel chopped and recrowned, fluted, and threaded for one of my suppressors, then had all of it bead blasted to get rid of the shiny finish. Swapped the factory tupperware stock with a Boyd's Tacticool, added new bottom metal and rail from DIP, ARC rings, and a Vortex Viper scope. I call it Project Overkill, because it was way over the top for a 17 HMR...

Man I thought about it, but I'm gonna give the accutrigger a chance, it breaks pretty consistently at 2.5#. I also might do a bolt knob later too.
