proper torque specs

now that i have a wheeler torque driver i need to know how many inch pounds do i tighten the action screws/aluminum rings to steel base and scope ring srews?

Depending on the rings and the stock. Most action screws and ring cross bolts are right around 55-65 in/lbs; 15-20 in/lbs for ring screws.

Check the specs for the gear you are using.
