Ordered some products from Kevin on Labor day weekend - shipping got so far then delay delay and stasis.
Waited a week expecting it to just show up as they mostly do, but had to travel. Still no update via tracking number, called them and shipper won't deal.with me as I'm not the originator.
Sent ONE (1) email to McLeod, got a reply in less than a beer. New order shipped, different shipper, new tracking AND sent to my hotel So I'll have products in had for immediate use
1000% Cannot complain about the CS and support and not even his fault the shipper lost it / its sitting somewhere and may arrive one day
