Months ago, when the shortage started to happen, I back ordered 4000 rounds of 9mm at $16.00/50 Not a great price, but far better than we see today.
The delivery date kept getting pushed back, but I finally got an email saying that it would ship. I really expected them to never ship, cancel the order or raise the price, but they didn't. Props to them!
However, they did double the price for new backorders
I doubt the manufacturers doubled their prices to them.
