Prvi 338 LM Cases: Weight ~345.1 grains, Vol ~114.3 grains of H2O
Lapua 338 LM Cases: Weight ~335.2 grains, Vol ~113.2 grains of H20.
So the Prvi cases are a bit heavier, and slightly more overall internal volume.
I too got around 1.5 MOA in a TRG-42. </div></div>
Well someone already mentioned that they arent great for reloading. Does heavier and more volume mean anything in particular? </div></div>
Heavier and more volume.. I tend to think that means the brass itself is denser. Brass is made of copper and zinc, and copper is the more dense of the two, so I suppose it would have a higher % of copper than Lapua. I also think copper is softer (more malleable). I'll be honest, I don't know. Just a guess.
