Psycho bitch stabs 3 year old to death

Ooooh if I can even be a JANITOR in the facility this bitch would be going to... We are gonna have a scientific study of just what is the lethal dose of warfarin and bromethalin rodenticide on an overweight adult. Maybe radium would be even more fun...

I don't know what the current stuff is in the green rodent bait poisons these days - but TX rodents are resistant to it!

Child killers generally don't do well in prison - hope that applies here. Just takes one cell mate who already has a very long sentence.

So are the NYC rats as well. That shit barely makes them hesitate in the used pallet racks. 😂 One of our shop guys murked one last week by flinging a wrench at it after he caught it out of the side of his gaze while at a workbench. Fuckin' had to be the lucky shot of the decade...

This demon right here will be incarcerated with other women, who miss their own children dearly. She's gonna have to grow a third eye out the back of her head in there...

The judge added that the mental health team that carries out evaluations for the court didn’t have anyone available, which meant Ellis — who has no known violent criminal history — would’ve been kept locked up for days on a minor case.
So fucking what?

I understand that this IS the case, but really it should not be.

What's happening is that the justice system is abdicating their responsibility to the citizenship in dealing with these sorts of people (child murderers, pedos and such) and leaving it up to the imprisoned population to "take care of" the problem. And they've even gotten us to celebrate it!

But this isn't right, because the justice system is shirking their responsibility, it results in unequal treatment and it requires others to carry out extra judicial punishment. This has ramifications for those carrying out the punishment, from loss of freedoms while incarcerated, loss of visitation, they can be subject to violence from the guard staff, they will likely end up doing time in solitary, and then there's the psychological effects of (likely) killing another person. Mostly none of this ever gets talked about, it ends at "yay dead pedo" but it had to happen SOMEHOW, and there are consequences for ones actions.

Further, this type of prison justice often results in cooperation between the inmates and guard staff, corrupting the guards and further perverting the system. Which is something none of us should want.

Instead of saying "oh well the prisoners will deal with it", we as a people should be demanding accountability and action from the justice system, to hand down the punishment we as a society deem necessary, not allowing them to shirk their rightful responsibility and hand it off to someone whose freedoms have already been removed.

That doesn't hold true for women's facilities... at least in SC, anyway...

The men's facilities are exactly how you'd imagine. Concrete and iron covered in 30 layers of paint, scratched acrylic in place of glass and a general` feeling of tension and uneasiness.

The women's facilities are like adult preschools. The walls are covered in colorful drawings and construction paper crafts. There's a shit ton more sunlight too and female prisoners interact with each other WAY more differently than the guys.

There something called a mental hold. It holds them for 72hrs to be able to be given a psych eval.....

Just saying...

Doc

She was trying to go for that wither giggling when the heinous nature of her actions were discussed by the judge.

At some point, the "rule of law" will completely break down and tribal vigilante justice will preside.
What just happened in California, seventy-seven year old defending his home against 3 intruders in turn arrested for murder, represents evil allowing evil to win. Isaiah 5:20.

Public hangings would definitely reduce the number of nutcase attacks.

Public castration for child molesters, folowed by torture would be appropriate IMHO as well. Or, as the Bible commands in three separate places in the New Testament, a millstone hung around the neck while subject thrown into the sea is what the appropriate sentence for corruption of children.

I like your desire and intention. Capital punishment is not as much the deterrent that I would like it to be. But I value it greatly.

Hanging this fruitcake at the end of a rope on an extremely stout tree is needed, primarily because it saves the world from this one beast. There are other beasts to hang. Please, send more rope.

Trying to make the world safer, one evil egg at a time.

I view it like cockroaches. You will never get rid of them but you will get rid of this one or that one.

In tribal justice, if she had murdered someone's child, they would just kill her where she stands. I am not saying that is a bad thing, just different from our system.

Clearly a hate crime and I'm sure the law will be applied equally
