Push notifications ?

A pop up keep asking me to sign up for PUSH NOTIFICATIONS what is this ???

Is it through your browser?

If so, certain browsers will alert you based on the criteria you set, such as replies to threads that you’ve commented on, watched topics, PMs, etc

This is what I see at the bottom of this page ** and probably any other page I look at. Kinda of a PITA since there is no "don't send this again" place to click on.
** Sniper's Hide Forum would like your permission to enable push notifications.
A OK, found a "never send this again" but I'll bet is comes back

Hey

Push notifications would be a great feature. Most people don't use e-mail notifications anymore and prefer push notifications.

The app does this.
