PVS 14 adapter for Hensoldt Spotter 60

I’m sorry I forgot a few more things...

Badger is producing a really great Catseye Objective Cover that permanently connects to the Hensoldt Spotter 45/60 SLICK, similar to the one they made for the Leopold version. But probably won’t be out for a while or maybe pretty soon? I understand they are up for production now?

Also, with the SLICK installed, the OEM plastic objective cover will cover but not secure correctly and the Spotter 45/60 has a proprietary 72mm Objective which makes it impossible to find a perfect lense cap to cover the objective...a camera 70mm pinch cap will work for the time being until Badger comes out with the Catseye. The Military has Badger produced Catseye’s in hand,
so it should be soon, I hope?

Also, with the SLICK installed, if you want or have the accessory part, Hensoldt Sunshade it can no longer thread on with with the SLICK installed.
The SLICK gets in the way.

The Sunshade is ordered as a separate Hensoldt part (2 versions). If you install a SLICK, don’t buy the Sunshade! I had to sell mine. The SLICK also replaces 3 of the 5 separately ordered accessory Pic Rails, 2 accessory Pic Rails are still able to be added (and I’ve found useful) after the SLICK has been installed. Euro Optic has the accessory Pic Rails and other Hensoldt Accessories.

You probably know all this but I thought I’d better mention it...

Good Luck!

The SLICK works with the Triad Cover by the way...I was a little concerned with that, I had the cover long before the SLICK and wanted to keep it on because of it great quality fit.

I'm not home right now and won't be for awhile. Any idea if any of these will fit on a Hensoldt?

I’m sorry, I wasn’t thinking right on this about the PVS-14 Configuration, I was thinking more about a thermal or NV Clip-on...I think a PVS-14 would need to be mounted at the ocular end. Those two other options would be better, I’m going to check around and see if they’ll fit the 45/60...

In the 4th (last picture), the lower photo of that shot sort of shows how the the Sunshade won’t thread on because the rail henge is just sticking up just enough for it not to work and the above photo shows how the OEM objective cap doesn’t fit on correctly...

Off the subject, but the SLICK Catseye is the answer to that problem, as you can see and it has a little shutter that closes it off while giving it an ARD

Here’s some photos of the Hensoldt 45 Ocular eyepiece

I hope you can see the numbers?

I started from the front and went towards the scope with the different measurements...not sure where or how an adapter would hookup?

This lives on my ranch and it took me a while to get out there to do this, sorry

Another option is the MonoLoc

With the right bushings you can connect the PVS-14 to most day optics

Wow, that took me to the way back when. Back in 2008 when the USMC put out the solicitation for the SSOT the company I worked for went after it, submitting Hensoldts and as part of the package the option to mount a SSMRNS and PVS-14. We used the Morovision Monoloc to mount the PVS-14 to the ocular but due to the OD of the Hensoldt's ocular it required custom made bushings. The set up worked but it wasn't ideal. I still have the user manual I had to write to include with the solicitation haha.
