Member Link Up Quality Gun Smith in Utah

In am looking for a quality gun smith in Utah that can help me with a 7x57 Mauser that i want to convert to a hunting/varmint as well as an eventual short action build (dunno the caliber yet, still teetering between .243, 7mm-08, .308). I am new to Gunsmithing and am looking for direction so i dont have to pay twice to get good advise and wor.
