Rifle Scopes Question about the Trijicon 1-8x28mm

The 1-8x28mm I was able to play with last year was very nice. It is still on my short-list. My only complaint at the time was the splined elevation turret. When the scope was zeroed, there were occasions where the zero indicator mark on the knob would not align with the zero mark on the scope tube.

Can anyone confirm that this is still a problem? Or did Trijicon address this?
