Ok, so i have heard of stories where people going coyote hunting and end up shooting a Mexican wolf and get fined. Where are these mexican wolfs located at and what is the difference?

Bigger and wolfier looking. Try AZ Game and Fish's site, I think they have a pictorial of the difference.
