Suppressors question on 338 lapua tbac P1 and barrel length

Would like to know the min barrel length guys are using with the 338 P1 can I am hoping to run mine at 22 inch as a compromise between length and performance. I know tbac says min 20 ...would I be better to go 24 it is currently 27.5 but I really want a shorter compact pavkage...without going to a bull pup design.

At 22 will I be drastically reducing can life? Over a 24 inch? I've owned several Lapuas from 26-30 in length but I'm really wanting a shorter 1200 to 1400 yard rifle the 375 cheytac gets the call for elr.
