Gunsmithing Question on Sako Extractor Size

I am doing a bolt face conversion on a Remington 700. I am going to a .308 bolt face. Which size extractor works best? I see Tubbs has 5 sizes. Gre-Tan has only 2. What about the bolt nose. Gre-Tan cuts his to .136. I have heard of guys going to .125. Thanks, Keith

I use the .172 wide extractor for all bolt faces. I think that is the same as GT's smaller one and the Tubb 2000. I also cut the bolt nose to about .130 if I am doing a re-barrel at the same time. If not I leave the nose alone.
