Sounds like WC844 is a safe bet but should I get a few jugs of WC844 and a jug of TAC to use for something heavier. The price difference between WC844 and Tac is pretty significant. These will be used in a SBR and specifically built SPR. Thanks

I've used WC844 for years and love it. Most of mine was with 55 gr and some 308 145 gr bullets. I've loaded some 62 gr fmjs and 69 gr SMKs as well. I used H335 data to start and developed my own loads from there. Unfortunately I'm at work and don't have access to my loads. I did get some really good 100-200 yd accuracy with the SMKs.
If I recall, the army ammo manual said 26 gr max for the 55 gr and 25.5 max for 62 gr. I know the 62 gr max load was fine in my Colt 20" but my 16" carbines of questionable lineage did not like it at all. Too high pressure for over-gassed carbines. Allegedly you can use it for about any loads/bullets that H335 can be used for, so if you have heavy-bullet specs for 335 it should be good to go. I do remember it seemed to be temp sensitive but not excessively so. I still have a jug of it but haven't used any for a while-I started experimenting with TAC and love it as well. Just not as cheap.
ETA: WC844, TAC, and Acc2230 are identical in appearance, so mark your reloads well in case you ever have to pull the bullets. You will not be able to positively identify the powder otherwise if you use several different powders. I don't have any H335 to compare, but I'm betting it will be the same in appearance.
