Questions about new build

Up front, here is my planned build:
- Donor LA Rem 700 action (my old 30'06, using for sentimental reasons)
- PT&G single-piece bolt (and PT&G internals if donors do not jive with the PT&G bolt)
- Krieger #4 Heavy Sporter fluted barrel in 7mm Mag
- Krieger install, chamber, headspace, lug lapping and trued to action

Looking to have the BBL/REC/BOLT cerakoted. I am going to have the raceways measured next time I am in the shop. I am trying to nail down what order I should have stuff done.

Once I know the diameter of the existing raceway, I thought the next step would be ordering the bolt with that OD in mind. HOWEVER, what allowance between the bolt OD and the ID of the receiver do I leave, with the cerakote in mind? Also, are raceways normally koted along with the exterior? (note: I do not plan to have the lugs koted)

I will surely have more questions to add. A note has been sent to Krieger to find out if reaming of the raceway is (or can be) included in the truing charge. I imagine that would be the optimal time to be doing such a mod.


Edit: The package will be living in an AICS with viperskins. Eventually. Also down the road I'll most likely upgrade to a jewell trigger.
