Up for sale is a Remington 700 chambered in 6BRA.
Action has been blueprinted and clip slotted by Robert Snyder at RWS GUNSMITHING.
Jon Beanland bushed the firing pin.
Local gunshop put the badger ordnance m16 style extractor in and rechambered it.

Schneider 6mm 7 twist P5 26inch barrel ⅝x24 threaded.
I believe its a m24 contour. Not sure.
The rifle was chambered in 6BRA with a .268 neck. After 259 rounds i had the barrel set back ¼ inch and rechambered with a .274 neck.
259 rounds exactly down the barrel before rechamber. 50 rounds exactly on the new chamber. Total of 309 rounds down the barrel.
For some reason i can't get away from pressure with this barrel and still maintain decent velocities. Im not sure if the barrel has a tight bore or what. Was going to rebarrel it with something else but figured I'd try and sell it first. Rifle is a spare parts build. But if you want an action to build a clone correct-ish m40a5, this would work. It has the clone correct rail and DD Ross .312 recoil lug.
I have more money in this rifle than I'll get out of it.
