I interpret that statement to mean that Surgeon will give you several cartridges to choose from (say ,243, .308, 260) and then build out the rifle you want, its not pre-built.

Yes, but then I would ask what options would be available for me(Stock, Barrel, Trigger).

take a look at their website, they will build anything from components they typically have in stock for rifle builds(e.g. McMillian Stock, Jewell trigger, Kreiger Barrel)

deadline is Feb 19th 2012
chances will vary on what is sold, There will be 500 ticket cap, right now we are not even half way there.
