The ruling isn't that narrow. It applies to anyone deemed a be "credible threat to the physical safety of another", regardless of whether they are ever charged or even accused of a crime. It's another unconstitutional restriction on the 2A. If someone is such a threat to society they need to be disarmed, then they're too big of a threat to walk freely among us. If you can't make and prove the case for that before a jury, fuck off.
