Rail mount on the front of A3's and M40A5's

Hey, I've seen quite a few pics of a rail monut attatched to the front of those rifles. I know they are for optics.. ETC. I have seen a couple that look different. Anyone know who makes them ?

PGW i believe, but the Badger Ordnance rail system is pretty close to the same
