I just ordered some stuff for a build and they didn't send me the headspaced bolt with the barrel. This is the first time I have ordered from them and not a good first deal. I e-mailed them about the problem and will let everyone know what they say. I looked at the invoice and it shows the matching bolt and inspection signature. It sucks becouse I now have to ship it back and get a bolt with the next one.

Re: Rainier Arms, anyone have problems?

I have dealt with Rainier Arms on several occasions for AR parts/accessories and I have always had excellent service.

I hope they make it right for you!

I ordered from them a couple of times with no problem but they do have the problem sometimes of listing things "in stock" on their website when they are actually "out of stock"

A "matching bolt" only guarantees that it will headspace; there's nothing magical about it. The rifle will shoot the same, for all practical purposes, with any bolt that is in spec.

Ok I talked with them this morning and they took care of it right away. The bolt had fallen near the shipping table and was still there waiting to be claimed by whoever didn't get it. If they didn't find the bolt he was going to ship a new barrel ASAP with the bolt and a pre paid shipping box. I made my order on saturday and got the package missing the bolt on tuesday so fast shipping for sure. I already got the notice that the bolt has been shipped. I am glad to say I would use Rainier Arms again just for how nice they were on the phone and quick to deal with the problem. With so many companies online now days I was just making sure I didn't get a bad egg. Thanks everyone for the comments!

Glad they got you squared away. Things like that happen sometimes and it is always good to hear a company standing up and doing the right thing to make sure a customer gets what they paid for and is 100% satisfied!!
