Range Day w/ the Kids

Took the 10/22, the CZ 452, and the S&W 686 to the range today. The kids haven't been out for a bit, but still smoked a little steel....super good times! Unfortunately, I enjoy watching so much, I usually forget to snap picks.

Nothing I love more than a parent teaching their children the joys of shooting sports. Outstanding.

Our local biathlon club starts them out at nine years ... so good to see the kids out, especially those who come from families that don't shoot.

I'd say it's a toss-up. My daughter listens to every instruction, thinks everything through step by step and shoots very well......my son "knows how to do it" and basically shoots just as well. That said, whenever he misses, it's always because somethings wrong with the gun .
