range report with new btv

Using federal bulk, eley target and wolf target. My gun loves federal and eley however won't eject the wolf. Review in the gun is that it will definitely shoot better than the operator as for now and it's just amazing.
When going from federal to wolf the shot was 4in low and left 1/4in. Then going from wolf to eley it was 1in high and 1/2in left
Gun Savage BTV
Scope: BSA Sweet 22 3-9x40
Harris bipod

To be fair to the federal I ran out of ammo and didn't get to sight the gun in with it as I did the other two

I dont think the Federal bulk ammo will ever shoot with the Eley or Wolf. As far as it not ejecting the Wolf a little while back some one else had the same problem. I cant remember how they fix it. BTW i told ya the Eley and Wolf was good. Keep shooting and if you can download the 50yrd Tact. target it will make you a better shooter

Where can I download it from? My friend and I are going to try 100yd groupings because he just got a savage model 93 in 22 mag
