Rcbs charge master1500 question

From my understanding as well the 220 volt stuff is for europe. From what I read the 220V gear is designed to run at 50 hertz or something. American power grid functions on 60 hertz. I'm thinking it'd burn it up but I'm not sure on that.

No such thing as a 110v OR 220v chargemaster. The chargemaster runs off of 9V DC, and the power supply will accept 110v-240v 50-60hz incoming power.

The only difference between the euro and us models will be the male receptacle type on the power supply, made to fit US or European style outlets.

Check out the McDonald's straw modification. It really helps with elongated powders, and significantly reduces over trickles. Here is a link: TECH TIP: Smooth Powder Dispensing with Modified Straw « Daily Bulletin

Thanks for that so much, I'll try that out! I haven't had many problems with mine, even using 800x, but if it cuts "bad" charges to near zero then that's great.

If you have their trimmer, you can chuck a DeWalt straight to it without using an attachment and make it powered.

OP, you want 110/120 if you want to plug it into a regular wall outlet. Transformer makes it all the same, and even if it did run on straight 110/120 or 220/240 it would have a built in transformer to step it down still. There is no difference in the accuracy between them. This setup is very accurate, I use a triple beam to verify and it's always dead on.

You're gonna love this thing and wonder why you didn't get one earlier. Like having a helper handle the powder! It's reduced my dispensing errors to zero while decreasing my load time per round. That RCBS prep station is nice too. May look stupid, but it's almost as nice as the dispenser when it comes to working tons of brass. No cramped hands or sore wrists anymore.
