RCBS Hand Priming Strip Tool Adjustment

I am having trouble with an RCBS Hand Priming Tool. It uses the yellow strips. I cannot get it to seat the primer (CCI Small Rifle) square in the pocket. Is there some adjustment to make, or is this thing worthless? I can't find any instructions on it.

hmm I have the rcbs universal hand priming tool, might wanna give that one a try. Its been great for all calipers from 223-50 ae. It has the square tray for the primers instead of the strips.

Try and rotate the brass 180 and give it a half stroke squeeze.
