RCBS SB T/C AR dies "black box" Thoughts

Well Picked up a RCBS Small base taper crip .308 die set, the ones for auto loaders that come in the black box. I'm loading for my M1A and was planning on getting the SB sizer die and a comp seater but local dealer had this on the shelf. So far I've sized 50 pieces of LC-77M brass and everything seems to be good to go. This set has the Taper Crip seater and I plan on cripping a little on everything I shoot with or without canalurer. Would like to know your thoughts/experiance with this die set. Thanks.

Well I bought a set for my Blackout but have yet to use them...soon...verysoon. I had planned to give a review on them when I have the time. Been sick with the flu for 2 weeks and haven't had the energy to even prep brass for more than 20 minutes at a time.

Forget crimping, you don't need to crimp a .308.


If you just Must crimp because the stars are all lined up wrong, use a Lee factory crimp die.
