Fieldcraft Recommendations needed for in-ear two-way radio

Can anyone give a recommendation for an in-ear two-way radio? Requirements are:

Unobtrusive/low profile
Push to talk - the user will carry on conversations without transmitting until they want to
Range is a few hundred feet inside of a building

WiFi enabled would be a bonus.
