Recommendations - One Piece Scope Mount with Vertical Accessory Rail

Looking for recommendations for a precision 30mm one-piece scope mount for my MRAD.

Needs to have option to add accessory rail with no off-set for my Leupold DeltaPoint pro. Also would like LRF mount option of available.

Seekings is sold out so looking for other options.
