recommended smiths for installation of Badger EFR

Hope this is the correct forum for my question. I'm thinking of having a Badger EFR installed (if I can find one) on a McMillan A4 stock. Any recommendations as far as a smith goes to do the work? I live in PA, but don't mind sending it cross-country for the install.

Badger can do the installation or GAP right down the street can do it also.
