Reliable Trigger Spring Weight

My current understanding with regard to trigger spring weight is that 6 lbs is the "mil-spec" for "guaranteed" primer ignition.

Is this information out dated?

I'm looking for a single-stage trigger that has a strong reset with a clean pull. I'd like a light-ish pull without risking reliability or "doubling."

Currently have an ALG ACT with the 6-lb spring on it. The included pamphlet with that trigger explains that the 6-lb spring is included to match mil-spec reliability, but it comes with a 4.5 lbs spring as well. I'd like something just a skosh lighter than the 5.5-6.5 currently in there. I understand that a strong reset and a light pull is a balancing act.

What's out there that has these three things:
Clean, somewhat lighter pull
Strong reset
Duty grade reliability
